Printing Instructions
The two templates used for printing are shown below.
There are options for printing from a PDF or a WORD document at the bottom of this page.
Printer settings: Landscape; 11″ x 8-1/2″; flip on short edge
Match the two long sides to fold it in half lengthwise, then match the two short sides to fold it in half a 2nd time and again a 3rd time.
